Anne has over thirty years
of experience in the design and construction fields. She was a building contractor for 10 years previous to entering the architecture profession. Her background as a builder has proved to be a valuable base of knowledge for all aspects of the firm's work.

Winston Win

Principal, AIA, LEED A.P., NCARB

Winston Win, a principal
of the firm, has 20 years
of experience in residential
and commercial projects, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. This work includes renovation, historic preser-vation, tenant improvement and new construction work requiring city, county, state and federal approvals in multiple jurisdictions. 
A recognized leader in the architectural community, he is a current board member at AIA California and a past president of AIA East Bay.

Tomoko Hachisu

Studio Director

Tomoko is in charge of organizing and stream-
lining the project drawings and associated data. She manages our staff of drafters and junior designers. 

Bennett Hart

Project Architect

Bennett is a Project Architect with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Oregon. He is a solutions-oriented team player with a passion for high quality housing for all. Recently, Ben has managed the construction phase of a high-rise senior affordable housing renovation and a new affordable family housing complex. 

Quade T. Gallagher

Project Manager

Quade is a Project Manager who brings years of diverse experience that includes universal design, design/
build, and managing intricate commercial projects all over the country. Trained at Illinois Institute of Technology, he has been trained in holistic building, integrating both con-struction techniques and design intent. Coming from a working-class background, affordable and dignified housing for all is a deeply held value of his. Outside of work, Quade enjoys working on his car, dancing, hiking, and community organizing.

Felipe Piris

Designer

Felipe is a designer at the firm. His interest in set design and fabrication, along with his years of experience contribute to his knowledge of practical constructability. He has worked in wood-working and metal-working, including welding, but also has knowledge of design programs and digital fabrication techniques.

Miki Kasaki

Designer

Miki is a designer with a BFA in Architectural Interior Design from the California College of the Arts.

With a passion for design at all scales, she has worked on the architecture and interiors of many private residences. She has a love for historic architecture around the world, particularly in her home country of Japan, which she is re-discovering through her travels.

Savannah Cheung

Designer

Savannah is a designer with a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley. As a Bay Area native, she encompasses
an affinity to the diverse communities that thrive within. It is her mission to
be locally involved through the platform of the built environment. She continues to devote her education and knowledge to uplift communities by designing through ethical and sustainable means.

Julia Grinkrug

Assistant Project Manager

Julia brings diverse experience, rooted in academia and practice, with an emphasis on public interest design. She has a Masters in Architecture from Harvard University, and was previously the design lead
of an award-winning design firm in Israel. Julia has taught college-level seminars
and design studios in architecture, history and theory in Israel and San Francisco, and is currently
an adjunct professor at the California College of the
Arts and Academy of
Arts University.
