Park Boulevard is a 42 unit affordable housing renovation project in the Glenview district of Oakland.
This fully occupied mid-rise received a new community room and exterior makeover including window retrofit, sunshades and a double height entry canopy. Interior improvements include efficient mechanical systems, new entry lobbies, corridors, and lighting.
