Design Approach
PWA is working with the property manager and real estate brokers to make strategic upgrades to reposition this 31,500 SF, ten-story office building located adjacent to the 19th Street BART station in
the heart of Downtown Oakland. In the first phase, PWA designed upgrades to the ground floor lobby and developed a commercial turnkey tenant improvement package for potential companies looking to lease full floor office spaces. In a new phase, PWA is currently exploring options for façade improvements and renovation of the ground floor retail space.
