Location: Antioch, California
Scope: Renovation of 24 units in 2 buildings.
Design Approach:Re-configuration of 2 narrow driveways into a single driveway and pedestrian entry under a new exposed steel frame trellis created a pedestrian-friendly and welcoming street façade. The project also includes reconstruction of exterior stairways, redesign of parking and the development of new courtyards as open space.
